Contact Intel: AI-powered pre-call intelligence

Contact Intel is a Claude plugin I built at Think & Grow, used in Slack to generate pre-call sales briefs. It combines HubSpot conversation history, Clay growth signals and live company and sector news.

This project was built in my role at Think & Grow. This page describes my contribution and only the workflow details I can substantiate publicly.

What it does

Contact Intel is a Claude plugin I built at Think & Grow, used in Slack to generate pre-call sales briefs. It combines HubSpot conversation history, Clay growth signals and live company and sector news.

The problem it addresses

Pre-call research is often spread across CRM history, account intelligence and current market context. Contact Intel addresses that fragmentation by bringing those inputs together into one pre-call brief.

My role

I built the Claude plugin and the workflow that combines the available account context into a sales brief delivered in Slack.

How the workflow works

  1. 01

A salesperson uses Contact Intel in Slack in preparation for a call.

  2. 02

The workflow brings together relevant HubSpot conversation history.

  3. 03

Clay growth signals are included as account context.

  4. 04

Live company and sector news adds current external context.

  5. 05

Claude synthesises those inputs into a pre-call brief returned in Slack.

Example output

The documented output is a pre-call sales brief in Slack. A real customer or account brief is not published here because no anonymised example has yet been approved for public use.

Results and current status

DOCUMENTED STATUS

Built and used in Slack at Think & Grow. The supplied CV does not include a quantified adoption rate, time-saving figure, conversion uplift or revenue outcome for Contact Intel.

PROPOSED / EXPECTED BENEFIT

The intended benefit is to make relevant CRM, signal and market context easier for a salesperson to review before a conversation. This is a product rationale, not a measured performance claim.

Limitations and lessons learned

The usefulness of the brief depends on the quality and recency of the underlying CRM data, signals and news. Human judgement remains important because not every signal is commercially meaningful. Public performance metrics are not yet available.
